• The enema bulb
• Enema solution (Warm water, saltwater, vinegar Glycerin and more)
  depending on your cleansing needs
• A timer
• towels
• water-soluble lubricant

How to Use an Enema/ Clyster Bulb

• Separate rectal applicator syringe from bulb.
• Fill syringe bulb with enema solution and replace rectal applicator.
• Lubricate rectal applicator syringe using a water-soluble lubricant.
• Position yourself in the position you feel the most comfortable and gently insert rectal applicator into the rectum.
• Squeeze bulb gently to flush solution into bowel.
• Retain solution as long as possible before relaxing the muscles to release contents of bowel.
• Repeat process if necessary
